My background as a certified veterinary assistant/technician includes training in first aid and CPR. To give you peace of mind, I've undergone an RCMP background check. I have over 15 years of experience in the field and believe in a fear free and positive reinforcement based approach to care. My experience also includes working with reactive dogs along with anxiety and surgery recovery. I always use R+ (Positive reinforcement) techniques such as toys, treats, cuddles and words of affirmation. You can relax while away knowing that your pet is my top priority.

Overnight Stays
The fee is based per night, per pet with discounts for multi-pet households. We also collect mail, do light cleaning, poop-scoop, litter box cleaning, and water plants. Not only is this a great option for keeping your pet comfortable, healthy and in their regular routine, it also adds security to your home while you are away!
*I stay overnight in your home and through the day with your pet with up to 5 hours needed out of the home for my pre-schedule walks.

$50 for cats or small pocket pets
Check-ins
30 minute $25 1 Hour $45
Fee is time based and can be used in any way pet related such as: feeding, bathroom breaks, surgery recovery check ins, medication administration etc.
Cancellation Policy
When booking a stay with Snore & Explore Pet Services, we require a 25% deposit of the total stay e-transferred to snoreexplore@gmail.com. We require 14 days' cancellation notice for overnight stays. If less than 14 days notice is given, your deposit becomes non-refundable. Your dates are not secured unless your deposit has been given and you have received confirmation from Snore & Explore Pet Services.
When booking walks with Snore & Explore Pet Services, we require 1 week's worth of walks pre-paid either in cash or e-transfer to snoreexplore@gmail.com. We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel your walk. If less than 48 hours notice is given, your deposit is moved to the next available spot. Your walking spot(s) are not secured unless your deposit has been given and you have received confirmation from Snore & Explore Pet Services
Why is a cancellation policy important?
At Snore & Explore Pet Services, it is very important that I take great care of my clients and my small business. The cancellation policies ensure fairness to all involved.
I absolutely hate to turn away any of my excellent clients because I am fully booked, but from time to time this does occur. The cancellation policies help to keep space available in my schedule for those who really need it, because I am only booking services with those that are certain they need me and know that cancellation policies apply should they need to cancel. I would hate to turn away a client because we are full, only to have someone cancel on short notice whose space I could of given to someone who really needed it. This occurs often around holidays & school vacation weeks, my schedule fills up, then many clients wait until the last moment to cancel, which makes it impossible for me to service the clients I had turned away.
My cancellation policies are put in place so that Snore & Explore Pet Services can serve your pets & clients in the most efficient & effective manner possible. Of course extending circumstances can occur, and I will do my best to work out a solution with you in those cases.

Holly has been walking my strong 1 year old puppy. I needed someone who would be able to tame my dogs wild side and be willing to have a really structured walk in the day time. She sends me pictures after their walks, and even turned the tv back on for my dog because it timed out.
